Paint Sprayer - Up to £15 per hour - Frankley, Birmingham
Location: Frankley, Birmingham
Pay Rate: Up to £15 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00
Start Date: Immediate
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer on behalf of our well-established client based in the Frankley area of Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business within the signage manufacturing industry, working on bespoke internal and external signage projects for high-profile commercial environments.
Key Duties:
Preparing signage components through sanding, degreasing and masking
Mixing and applying paints including primers and topcoats using spray guns
Spraying onto various surfaces such as aluminium, plastics and acrylics
Ensuring even coverage and a high-quality finish throughout the process
Inspecting finished work for defects or inconsistencies and correcting where necessary
Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and work areas
Always adhering to health and safety standardsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in wet paint spraying, ideally within signage or manufacturing
Skilled in surface preparation and masking techniques
Confident using spray guns and working with different paint types and materials
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing a professional finish
The ability to work independently or as part of a team
A reliable and motivated work ethicBenefits:
