Job Description
Our client, a busy Automotive Main Dealer Group in Horsham, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician to join their busy Prestige Accident Repair Group.
For your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of £40,000.
You’ll be working the hours of Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30, Saturdays required occasionally.
Benefits:
A Competitive Basic Salary circa £40,000 DOE.
Opportunity to earn bonus, with OTE of £50,000.

Future Development Opportunities with a Large Group.Skills and Qualifications Required:
Ideally qualified within Automotive Paint Spraying
Automotive systems Knowledge (e.g. basic vehicle layout, function and location of parts)
Basic knowledge of parts requirements to complete job and the ability to communicate parts requirements via repair orders.
The quality control and inspection requirements of the Bodyshop department
Knowledge of Manufacturers products and recent improvements through Paint Manufacturers, Escribe, technical bulletins, training courses and technical magazines etc
In-depth knowledge of manufacturer paint repair processes, paint products, features, use, limitations etc.
Safety procedures for all Bodyshop equipment.Our Automotive Client is looking for a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer who can enter their busy Bodyshop and hit the ground running.
