Job Description
Futures are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join our client’s growing team based in West Yorkshire. Due to continued expansion, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in paint spraying to become part of a business that values quality, precision, and long-term staff development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Carry out surface preparation, including sanding, masking, and priming
Operate spray booths and related equipment safely and efficiently
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Prepare and finish components to a high standard using spray painting techniques
Ensure all items are sprayed in line with the required specifications and quality standards
Work to production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with customer and company standards
Requirements:
Competence in using a variety of spray equipment and tools
Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques
Good manual handling and basic mechanical skills
Ability to follow work instructions and technical drawings
Awareness of health and safety procedures within a spray booth environment
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
