Location: Exeter, Devon
Job Type: Subcontract / Self-Employed
Rate: £120 – £200 per day (depending on experience & quality of work)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Painter & Decorator to support a growing pipeline of work across Exeter and surrounding areas.
This is a subcontract position ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality finishes and wants consistent, well-managed work.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
* Interior and exterior painting
* Surface preparation (filling, sanding, priming)
* Glossing, emulsion, and finishing work
* Wallpaper hanging (desirable)
* Working on domestic and light commercial properties
* Snagging and final finishing to a high standard
* Maintaining clean and tidy work areas
✅ Requirements
* Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
* Strong attention to detail and high-quality finish
* Own van, tools, and equipment
* Public liability insurance
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Professional and reliable with good customer service
* Full UK driving licence
