Job Title: Painter and Decorator
Location: Walsall (Working away)
Pay Rates: £150-£180 per day
Shift Patterns: 40-hour week
We are currently seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our client's team, servicing high-end residential properties across Birmingham and Coventry.
This is a full-time, permanent position, directly employed on a CIS basis.
Key responsibilities
Wallpaper hanging and high-quality decorating in luxury residential properties.
Stripping old wallpaper or paint layers.
Preparing surfaces and materials to a professional standard.
Measuring and estimating materials required for each job.
Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards and client specifications.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Working collaboratively with other trades such as electricians and plumbers.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence with own van and tools.
Time-served painter and decorator with solid experience in high-end residential work.
Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Must be able to hang wallpaper.
