Job Description
Painter and Decorator Required - Swindon - Void properties
Experienced Painter and Decorator required in Swindon to work on void social housing properties on an excellent new long term contract.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £30-32,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
Painter and Decorator Day to Day:
Maintenance work on void domestic properties
Painting and decorating
Stripping wallpaper
Prepping walls
Some external painting work possibly
Working alongside other trades
Reporting to the supervisor on progress
Travelling to different sites in Swindon area in the work van
Painter and Decorator Requirements:
Good painting experience
Previous experience working within social housing
NVQ in Painting (desired)
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving license
DBS will be done for successful candidate
