The Role
As a Painter and Decorator, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality work on both occupied and empty properties. You will work on a variety of refurbishment and maintenance projects, ensuring excellent finishes that meet client expectations. This is an opportunity to enjoy steady, long-term work with flexibility in how you are employed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing surfaces, sanding, filling, and undercoating
* Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to a high standard
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and on time
* Working in both tenanted homes and void properties
* Liaising professionally with customers and colleagues
* Maintaining tools, equipment, and company standards
