A Painter & Decorator / Damp & Mould is required working for a local council. The role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties
Daily responsibilities of a Painter & Decorator / Damp & Mould are:
Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
Providing a high level of customer service
Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobsRequirements of a Painter & Decorator / Damp & Mould:
Must have a full UK driving licence
Must have previous social housing experience
Must have experience of using a PDA Benefits for the Plasterer role:
Monday to Friday 08.00am-16.00pm
Van and fuel card supplied
