Job Description

Our client is seeking experienced Painter and Decorator for a temporary contract on a project.This vacancy is being advertised by a recruitment agency acting on behalf of the employer.

Job Title: Painter & Decorator (Void Properties)
Location: Various domestic properties (voids)
Pay Rate: £21 per hour
Start Date: To be confirmed

Duties:

  * Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling as required

  * Applying paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes to a high standard

  * Ensuring all work areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition

  * Following site health and safety regulations at all times

  * Working efficiently to meet project deadlines

  * Reporting any issues or additional work requirements to site management

Requirements:

  * Valid CSCS card (essential)

  * Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator

  * Own tools and PPE preferred

  * Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  * Good understanding of health and safety practices on site
