Painter & Decorator

Pay: £21 per hour
 Location: Leeds
 Start: Immediate / ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to carry out works within social housing tenanted properties.

Painter & Decorator Duties include:

Full internal decoration
Painting (walls, ceilings, woodwork)
Filling holes and making good
Skimming where required
General preparation and finishing to a high standard
What we provide for a Painter & Decorator:

Paint and materials
What a Painter & Decorator must provide:

Your own tools (brushes, rollers, dust sheets, etc.)
Own vehicle
Painter & Decorator Requirements:

Proven experience working in social housing / tenanted properties
Ability to work neatly and respectfully in occupied homes
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Own tools essential
