Painter Decorator / Prep Specialist (High-End Residential Projects)
Location: South of the River – Within M25 (Mainly Kent & Surrey)
Pay: £180 - £220 per day (Long-Term Contract)
Must have own vehicle to get to and from site.
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Painter’s Assistant to join our team working on high-end residential properties. This is not a painting role – it's primarily focused on preparation work ahead of spray painting. You’ll play a key role in helping us deliver immaculate finishes by prepping spaces to a professional standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Masking and protecting surfaces with coverings and sheets
*
Dustless sanding using specialist equipment
*
Filling and repairing walls to a smooth finish
*
General preparation of interiors before spray painting
*
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation on-site
Requirements:
*
Experience in prep work is essential, especially dustless sanding and masking
*
A keen eye for detail and a tidy approach to work
*
Punctual, hardworking and willing to learn
*
Some knowledge or experience in paint spraying is desirable, but not essential
*
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
