Painter Required - ongoing works void/unoccupied properties
Bristol, Cardiff, Clevedon, Weston Super mare areas.
Start Date: ASAP - Approximately 8-10 weeks work
Pay - £160 -£165 per day - paid CIS.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced Painter and decorator to complete internal decoration on a residential properties in Cardiff, Bristol, Weston super mare and Clevedon.
Most jobs could be in voids, occupied and unoccupied properties.
Experience within these properties is essential.
YOU’LL NEED:
* Relevant experience
* Own PPE and tools
* Reliability and punctuality
* Proof of right to work in the UK
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Internal emulsion on walls
* Eggshell or similar on skirting
* Ongoing works for a big client, covering voids, unoccupied and occupied residential properties.
* Must be able to travel to Cardiff, Bristol, Weston and Clevedon
PAY & HOURS:
Pay rate of £160 - £165 Per day CIS
Hours of work 08:00-16:00, Monday - Friday.
You’ll be paid weekly based on a signed timesheet. CIS Only.
