Job Description
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Painter to join North Warwickshire Council's Social Housing Team. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
*
Carry out all painting and decorating tasks to the required standards, following current regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.
*
Complete work surveys to assess job requirements, materials, and timelines.
*
Maintain accurate records of time, SORs (Schedule of Rates), and materials using a smartphone or PDA device.
*
Keep vehicle stock at optimum levels to support a ‘Right First Time’ approach.
*
Promote a culture of customer excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Essential Requirements
*
Eligibility to work in the UK.
*
NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent industry qualification) in Painting and Decorating.
*
Full, clean UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
