Painter
This Painter role offers opportunities to develop your skills across residential and commercial sites.
The Role
Prepare surfaces, including sanding, filling, and priming, to ensure a high-quality finish
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Work closely with the Site Supervisor and wider trades team on daily tasks and timelines
Maintain tools, follow health and safety procedures, and keep work areas clean and organised
Read job specifications and ensure work meets client and company standardsWe're Looking For
Previous experience as a painter or decorator, or strong practical skills with a willingness to learn
Good attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean, consistent finish
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of painting tools, materials, and surface preparation techniques
