Painter – Mould Washes (Social Housing)
Location: Burnley, Lancashire
Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour
Start: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing
We are currently looking for experienced Painters to carry out mould wash works on occupied social housing properties across the Burnley area.
Role Details:
*
Carrying out mould wash treatments and redecoration
*
Working in tenanted properties – excellent customer service required
*
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety procedures
Requirements:
*
CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
*
Previous experience with mould treatment works
*
Own tools and PPE
*
Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to complete online)
*
Driving licence and own transport preferred
