Painter – Temporary (3 Weeks)
Location: Sheffield
Rate: £20 per hour (CIS)
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently seeking an experienced Painter to assist at a large student accommodation site in Sheffield. This short-term contract is to help prepare the property for incoming residents.
The Painter Role:
You will carry out painting and decorating works across bedrooms and communal areas, ensuring a high standard of finish and a clean, tidy workspace throughout.
Painter Key Responsibilities:
Painting and decorating of rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces
Filling, sanding, caulking, mastic, grouting, and siliconing as needed
Ensuring all areas are left neat and presentable and extremely tidy
Working efficiently and independently to meet deadlines
Painter Requirements:
Proven painting and decorating experience in residential or commercial settings
Excellent attention to detail
Strong understanding of health and safety practices
Reliable and self-motivated approach
No CSCS card required
All tools and materials will be provided on site.
