Location: Whitwick Road, LE67 3FJ
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay rate: £ 15.22 per hour

Responsibilities
Carry out painting and maintenance tasks in occupied domestic and residential buildings.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments as required.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Person Specification
Proven experience in repairs and maintenance work in domestic and residential settings.
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with a diverse range of people.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Valid UK driving licence is required.
Eligibility to work in the UK must be confirmed.
