Painter (Damp & Mould Specialist)
£20.50 CIS
Lambeth
Van & Fuel Card Provided
We are currently looking for experienced Painters to join a leading contractor working on social housing properties across Lambeth. This role involves general painting duties with a focus on treating and redecorating areas affected by damp and mould.
Job Details:
Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)
Location: Lambeth and surrounding areas
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided
Responsibilities:
Carry out high-quality painting and decorating works in occupied and void properties
Treat areas affected by damp and mould, including anti-mould washes and stain blocking
Repaint affected walls and ceilings to a professional finish
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients
Requirements:
Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within social housing
Knowledge of damp and mould treatment methods
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Own painting tools
CSCS card (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
