Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lessons in Painting & Decorating at levels 1–3, ensuring learners develop strong practical skills and industry knowledge.

Plan, prepare, and assess learner work in line with awarding body standards.

Support learners through classroom teaching, workshop practice, and one-to-one mentoring.

Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance.
*
Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance are upheld at all times.
What We’re Looking For

Recognised qualification in Painting & Decorating (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
*
Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or willingness to work towards one).
*
Strong industry background with hands-on experience in Painting & Decorating.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
A passion for supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
