My client is a market leading decorating contractor who operate across the residential and commercial sectors, priding themselves on their reputation for quality workmanship.
They are searching for an experienced Painting Supervisor to join their team as they take on more projects. The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills and an ability to ensure that projects are completed efficiently with a motivated workforce.
Role
Supervise work on site so projects are completed on time, to required quality
Ensure site staff are motivated and work productively
Monitor progress and report to management
Ensure a safe working environment for all
Experience Required
5 or more years' Supervisor experience
SSSTS
Competent in all aspects of painting and decorating
