Pallet Repair Operator
Location: Livingston
Hours: Full-Time - Monday to Friday working 6am till 2pm and 2pm till 10pm on a weekly rotational shift pattern
Salary: £12.50 per hour increasing to £13.30 per hour on completion of training plus regular overtime at enhanced rates

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and assess pallets for damage and repair requirements
Carry out repairs using hand tools and machinery in line with company standards
Working to specific process repair guidelines
Sort and grade pallets for reuse or recycling
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targetsCandidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or repair-based role OR transferable skills from another environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processesWhat We Offer:
