Key Responsibilities:

Repair vehicle bodies to pre-accident condition, adhering strictly to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

Use a range of modern tools and techniques to remove dents, repair panels, and carry out body alignments.

Work efficiently within a fast-paced accident repair centre to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

Maintain excellent attention to detail to ensure all work meets both company and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Completed a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and holds a relevant technical qualification (e.g., NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, or ATA).
*
Proven experience working as a Panel Beater within a busy bodyshop environment.
*
A strong team player with a self-motivated attitude and a drive to achieve performance and bonus targets.
*
Possesses a sound, up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and manufacturer processes.
