Exciting News! We have a new opportunity available to join a state-of-the-art workshop. Due to rapid growth we are looking for 10+ skilled staff members to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional panel repairs, ensuring our clients receive nothing but the highest standard of service.
Location: Corby
Position: Panel Beater
Working Hours: Monday to Friday. 24-hour operation with a variety of shifts available.
Salary: £22 per hour + unsocialable hours/overtime allowance.
Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? We’re hiring Panel Beaters responsible for carrying out necessary bodywork damage repairs to ensure vehicles are in pristine condition prior to despatch.
Key Responsibilities:
To effectively remove any damaged panels / areas of the vehicle in need of repair.
To remove any dents in panels.
Repair minor scratches, or making replacement panels. Mend rusted parts of vehicle bodywork.
Weld new or repaired panels in to place.
Finishing the repair to ensure it matches the rest of the bodywork, or preparing the surface for a Paint Refinisher.
Keep accurate records of work performed.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
About you?
To be successful, you must be over 22 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 penalty points, and have no DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Panel Beating.
Must have proven welding techniques
