kolt recruitment are looking for a panel beater to join a busy and reputable accident repair centre based in Dorking. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician to join a well-established bodyshop with strong workflow, modern equipment, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out high-quality panel repairs on a range of vehicles
* Replace, repair or restore damaged panels to manufacturer standards
* Strip and refit panels and components as required
* Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with bodyshop procedures
Requirements
* Previous experience as a panel beater/body technician
* Strong panel repair and replacement skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail with a commitment to first-time-fix quality
* Relevant qualifications (ATA/IMI) beneficial but not essential
