Panel Beater – Prestige Bodyshop

High Wycombe

Our client is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their busy and well-established Prestige Bodyshop in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work within a high-quality environment, delivering exceptional repair standards on a range of vehicles.

The Role

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer and industry standards. You will work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain productivity targets.

What’s on Offer

  * Full-time, permanent position

  * Monday to Friday working hours

  * 45-hour working week

  * Basic salary up to £50,000

  * Bonus scheme with OTE £60,000+

  * Opportunity to work within a prestige bodyshop environment

Key Responsibilities

  * Carry out panel repairs and replacements to a high standard

  * Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods

  * Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

  * Work efficiently to meet set deadlines and productivity targets

  * Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  * Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop environment

  * Full UK Driving Licence

  * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  * Own tools required

  * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  * Ability to meet deadlines and performance targets

Qualifications

  * City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Automotive Body Repair (preferred but not essential)

  * ATA accreditation (preferred but not essential)
