Job Description
We are recruiting for a Panel Beater on behalf of our client, a reputable accident repair centre located in Daventry, Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to join a well-equipped workshop committed to delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and exceptional customer service. Duties of a Panel Beater:
* Carry out high-quality vehicle repairs in line with manufacturer standards
* Complete body and panel repairs, including alignment and structural work
* Repair or replace damaged panels using approved methods
* Strip and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components as required
* Perform wheel alignment checks and adjustments
* Collaborate with estimators, damage assessors, and the production team for efficient workflow
* Ensure repairs are completed to the highest quality and safety standards
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
* Previous experience as a Panel Beater or MET Technician with panel repair experience in an accident repair environment
* IMI/ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential for experienced individualates
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
* Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Experience working on electric vehicles is beneficial but not essential
* Full UK driving licence preferred
