Panel Technician
Skelmersdale
£40,000 – £50,000 DOE
Full-time, Permanent
The Company:

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for accurate and skilled panel work – from repairing minor damage to full panel replacement. This is a full-on, fast-moving workshop where quality, safety and speed all matter.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Panel repair and replacement to Thatcham, manufacturer and insurance standards
Working with filler, repair techniques and finishing with 180-grade paper
Identifying any additional faults and logging required parts
Following Health & Safety and COSHH requirements
Keeping repairs to agreed timeframes without compromising quality
What You’ll Need:
Previous panel technician experience in a busy bodyshop environment
ATA or IMI accreditation ideal, not essential
Confident with filler, welding, and working on a mix of vehicles
Full UK driving licence preferred
A team-focused attitude and attention to detail
What You’ll Get:
