Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum + Uncapped Monthly Bonus

The Opportunity We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and growing accident repair centre in Bradford. This is a great opportunity to work for a company that values its team, offers a reliable workload, and rewards your output with uncapped bonus potential.
You'll be working across a variety of cars and vans, handling everything from major body panel replacements to fine filler work—ideal for someone who takes pride in a high-quality finish and enjoys a well-run workshop.
What You’ll Be Doing
Repairing and replacing body panels on a range of light commercial vehicles and cars
Welding new panels and carrying out filler work to a high standard
Stripping and fitting parts as needed for repair access
Accurately clocking hours and completing job cards
Maintaining workshop cleanliness and working to health & safety standards
Keeping up to date with training and repair methods where needed
What You’ll Need
Experience as a Panel Beater in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
Competence with welding, filler work, and jig alignment
Ability to follow repair methods and deliver high-standard workmanship
Good time management and ability to work independently
A full UK driving licence is preferred
