Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Farnborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bodyshop professional to work in a modern workshop, carrying out high-quality body repairs on a variety of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality repairs including panel replacement, filler work, and dent removal.
*
Use modern repair techniques and equipment to ensure accurate results.
*
Work to manufacturer and insurance standards, delivering excellent workmanship.
*
Maintain high levels of quality control and attention to detail.
*
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while supporting the wider bodyshop team.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
*
ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable but not essential.
*
Strong metalworking, welding, and repair skills.
*
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
*
Full UK driving licence.
