Job Description
Kolt Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a leading Accident Repair Centre based in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional, well-equipped environment where quality workmanship is recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out high-quality panel repair and replacement work on a variety of vehicles
* Complete structural and non-structural repairs to manufacturer standards
* Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail and pride in your work
* Ensure all repairs are completed safely and accurately
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Bodyshop Technician
* Strong metalwork, welding, and alignment skills
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* ATA or IMI qualifications are advantageous but not essential
* Full UK driving licence
