Conduct mechanical diagnostic checks on vehicles before and after repairs
Perform general mechanical work as required
Remove, repair, and fit vehicle body panels with precision
Prepare vehicles and panels for topcoat and clearcoat application
Identify needed vehicle parts and prepare accurate ordering lists
Operate repair equipment safely, adhering to company safety standards
Maintain the highest standards of repair quality and customer satisfaction
Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout repair processesRequirements of the Panel Beater / MET Technician:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater / MET Technician within vehicle body repair
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Excellent communication skills and a customer care-focused mindset
Ability to work efficiently within a team under pressure
Welding experience is highly desirable, but training can be provided
Recognised qualifications such as ATA or NVQ Level 3 are advantageous
