Panel Wirer – Special Purpose Machinery
Location: Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE + £10k Annual Bonus + 8% Employer Pension Contribution
Are you an experienced Panel Wirer looking to join a market-leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery? Our client, a respected and well-established name in their industry, is expanding their electrical assembly team and seeking a skilled professional to support their continued growth.
The Role:
You will be responsible for:
*
Full build of control panels from engineering drawings and schematics
*
Wiring to a high standard, including experience with 3-phase systems
*
Working on machines with up to 3 control cabinets and 1,000–1,200 I/O points
*
Ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality throughout the build process
Requirements:
*
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in panel wiring
*
Ability to read and interpret electrical and engineering drawings
*
Proven experience building panels from scratch
*
Familiarity with complex, multi-cabinet systems and 3-phase installations
