Panel Wiring Opportunities – Contract & Permanent Roles

Monday to Friday – Day Shifts
Are you an experienced Panel Wirer or Electrical Assembler looking for your next role in the Southwest? Whether you’re looking for a contract or permanent position, we have multiple opportunities available across various well-established engineering and manufacturing companies in the region.
BMR Solutions is recruiting for skilled electrical professionals to support a range of clients with panel wiring, control cabinet builds, machine wiring, and electrical sub-assembly. All roles are day shift only, and duties vary slightly depending on client site.
If you’re confident working from electrical diagrams and schematics, and have hands-on experience with wiring, soldering, and crimping, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams
* Wiring of control panels, cabinets, frames, and full machine builds
* Electrical sub-assembly tasks: soldering, crimping, wire stripping, cable routing, and terminations
* Basic mechanical assembly
* Adhering to strict health and safety standards
* Occasional electrical fault-finding depending on client needs
The Person:
* Proven experience in panel wiring, soldering, and crimping
* Strong ability to read and work from electrical diagrams and schematics
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations preferred
* IPC certification advantageous
* Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment
