Job Description
BMSL Group are recruiting for a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Wireperson to join our clients dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels in accordance with technical drawings and company standards.
The working hours -
Monday - Thursday - 7.30am-4.30pm
Friday - 7am-1pm
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and wire control panels as per engineering drawings and workshop documentation.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
* Perform system testing and quality checks in accordance with our Quality System Testing procedures.
* Identify and report any discrepancies in “as-built” drawings.
* Assist with on-site commissioning or modifications when required.
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong understanding of electrical control principles and ability to read electrical schematics.
* Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing equipment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Desirable Skills
* Mechanical assembly experience.
* Busbar fabrication and pipefitting skills.
* Recognised electrical qualifications.
Hourly Rate: £17.00 - £22.00 per hour
