The Role:
Assist senior lawyers and the Legal Director with intellectual property cases, including copyright, trademark, and brand enforcement matters.
Independently manage client queries relating to online infringement and IP enforcement.
Liaise with external counsel, brand owners, digital platforms, and enforcement agencies to resolve IP matters efficiently.
Support drafting, filing, and management of legal notices, takedown requests, and related IP documentation.
Maintain accurate time recording and case management systems to meet targets.The Person:
