We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Paralegal to join our team and provide essential support to our solicitors across a range of matters.
Key Responsibilities
*
Assist solicitors with case preparation, document management and legal research
*
Draft, review and proofread legal documents, correspondence and forms
*
Manage case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with firm procedures
*
Liaise with clients, courts, third parties and internal teams
*
Prepare bundles and supporting documentation for hearings and meetings
*
Conduct preliminary fact-finding and gather information relevant to ongoing matters
*
Support fee-earners with administrative duties as required
*
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Paralegal
*
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*
Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks
*
Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
*
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
*
A Law degree, LPC, SQE or equivalent qualification (preferred)
