Job Description
Family & Probate Paralegal, 12 months + experience required.
My client, a small and friendly law firm located close to Hitchin are currently recruiting a Paralegal with at least 12 months experience to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
The Paralegal will have experience in taking instructions from clients and assisting with the giving of legal advice, perhaps obtaining evidence to achieve resolutions.
Paralegal experience to include:
Attending clients, taking instructions and preparing cases
Assisting with casework including dealing with a range of Family and Child Care matters
Dealing with correspondence
Preparing draft documents including wills, lasting powers of attorney
Probate and administration of Estates and Trusts
Preparing Estate Accounts
Maintaining accurate time costing procedures
Implementing any recommendations made by your supervisor following monthly file reviews ensuring that these are dealt with promptly
Ensuring compliance with file managementThe Benefits that will be included within this Paralegal role include:
