Job Description
My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to support the Head of Legal at a leading pharmaceutical organisation. This is a temporary, part-time role, ideal for a legal professional with experience in commercial contracts who is looking to gain valuable in-house exposure.

Hybrid
3 Days per Week (Flexibility for Additional Hours)
Hourly Rate: £15.38 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and amending Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Terms & Conditions
Supporting the Head of Legal with day-to-day contract management and general legal queries
Assisting with document preparation and legal filing
Liaising with internal departments to ensure compliance with legal processes and time lines
Maintaining accurate records and version control of legal documentsRequirements
1–2 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) or strong paralegal background
Experience working with commercial contracts and NDAs is essential
Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
