Are you an experienced legal support professional looking for your next opportunity in Glasgow? Search are currently working with a range of clients across multiple sectors who are looking to add experienced Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, and Legal Administrators to their teams!
We are looking to speak with candidates who bring a strong administrative foundation, along with a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine passion for working in a legal environment.
What we're looking for:
A proactive mindset with excellent organisational skills
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the legal sector
The ability to manage cases independently and work efficiently under pressure
A strong understanding of legal procedures, including AML and source of funds compliance where applicable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard legal administration tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Scottish law and the legal system
Experience in residential conveyancing is highly desirable, though we also welcome candidates with backgrounds in corporate, commercial, or family law.
