 Working Pattern: Hybrid (up to 2 days from home) with flexible working hours available

The Role

As a Senior Paraplanner, you'll be a vital part of the advice process, providing technical expertise and helping advisers deliver exceptional financial planning solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

Producing high-quality, compliant suitability reports and recommendation letters.
Conducting detailed research across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning solutions.
Providing technical support and analysis to advisers.
Assisting with complex cases and client planning strategies.
Ensuring recommendations meet FCA and internal compliance standards.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
Working collaboratively with advisers and administrators to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Supporting the continued growth and development of the business through your expertise and insight.

About You

We're looking for a technically strong Paraplanner who enjoys taking ownership and wants to be part of a business where they can have a real impact.

You'll ideally have:

Proven experience in a Paraplanning role.
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and financial planning.
Experience producing high-quality suitability reports.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
A proactive approach and willingness to contribute ideas.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering positive client outcomes.
The ability to build effective working relationships with advisers and colleagues.
