About the Paraplanning Manager Role
Solid Recruitment are proud to be working with Our Client, a growing business supporting St. James’s Place Partner Practices.
We’re seeking a Paraplanning Manager to lead and develop the Paraplanning division. This is a key leadership role that combines hands-on technical work with team management, training, and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Write high-quality Suitability Reports & technical letters
* Produce illustrations, review, and drawdown reports
* Carry out tax calculations, critical yield & technical analysis
* Lead, support, and develop the Paraplanning team
* Check accuracy of technical outputs
* Deliver training & technical support to clients and colleagues
* Maintain effective systems, processes, and compliance
About You
They’re looking for a detail-focused Paraplanner ready to step into leadership.
Essential:
* Strong Paraplanning background within St. James’s Place
* Excellent technical knowledge across financial products
* Great written & verbal communication
* High proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
* Organised and efficient under pressure
Preferred:
* Leadership/management experience (training & checking work)
* Diploma qualified (CII Level 4 / LIBF equivalent)
* Experience with Salesforce, Aptus, iBusiness, FE Analytics, Voyant
