Parcel Sorters Wanted – Aylesford
Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Flexible Days – 7-Day Operation
We’re currently recruiting experienced Parcel Sorters to join a busy and fast-paced distribution centre in Aylesford.

The Role:
Sorting parcels by postcode
Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
Using handheld scanners to track and manage parcels (if experienced)
Keeping work areas clean and organised
Working effectively as part of a team
Maintaining high levels of accuracy and speed in a time-sensitive environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in parcel sorting, warehouse, or a similar fast-paced manual role is essential
Experience using handheld scanners is advantageous
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting and movement
Good attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Flexible with working days – this is a 7-day operation
