Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: West Sussex

Salary: £28-34,000 DOE

I'm working with an award winning AJ100 architectural practice to find a Part 2 Architectural Assistant for their modern and highly sociable studio based in West Sussex. The team delivers a broad range of projects across residential, education, commercial, healthcare and hospitality sectors, with a strong focus on sustainable and people centred design.

Key Responsibilities for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
* Support the design and delivery of education, mixed-use and commercial projects
* Assist with the preparation of drawings and presentation material across multiple RIBA stages
* Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections and technical information
* Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to ensure coordinated project delivery
* Contribute to sustainable design strategies and technical development
* Attend meetings and support communication with clients and stakeholders

About You:
* Masters in Architecture from a RIBA accredited institution
* Sufficient experience in a UK practice 
* Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong design, conceptual and technical ability
* Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, detail focused and keen to develop professionally
