Salary: £27-31,000

I am working with a forward-thinking practice in St Albans who are looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join the team. The team have a rich history and have a key focus on sustainability within the practice. The practice has a range of repeat clients and the team always exceed expectations.

Supporting project leads across all RIBA stages, from early concept to completion
Producing design and technical drawings to a high standard
Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors as part of a collaborative team
Assisting with project management tasks to help ensure delivery on time and within budget
Contributing to a positive studio environment and mentoring newer team membersRequirements:
Sufficient experience post-Part 2 in a UK-based practice
Full, clean UK driving licence
Strong design and presentation skills
Excellent working knowledge of current UK building regulations
Proficiency in Revit (essential)
Good organisational and communication abilities
