Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Recently Qualified Architect (Part III) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual at the early stages of their career to contribute to a diverse range of projects while developing their professional skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and delivery of architectural projects across all RIBA work stages Produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations Support project coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients Prepare planning applications and building regulations submissions Attend site visits and assist with contract administration duties Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards Contribute to design discussions and studio culture Requirements ARB registered Architect (or eligible for registration) RIBA Part III qualification (recently completed) Strong design, technical, and presentation skills Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of BIM is desirable) Good understanding of UK planning system and building regulations Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Desirable Skills & Experience Previous experience in a UK-based architectural practice (through Part I/II placements) Experience working on projects in [insert sectors, e.g., residential, commercial, mixed-use] Knowledge of sustainable design principles and environmental standards Familiarity with project management tools and workflows What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Mentorship and structured professional development Exposure to a wide variety of projects and sectors Supportive, collaborative studio environment Opportunities for career progression
