Job Description
Parts Sales Manager required for Automotive Trade Parts Business located in Carlisle.
The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £38000.
Benefits:
Starting salary of up to c. £38,000 per annum.
Target/KPI bonus providing uncapped on-target earnings around £43,000 per annum.
Car buyer scheme after probationary period.

Opportunity to work with a network of manufacturer-affiliated vehicle parts retailers employing over 1,500+ staff nationwide.
42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a half-hour lunchSpecification:
Experience working in a sales environment on behalf of vehicle manufacturers or a similar automotive parts retailer business would be highly desirable.
you will need to hold strong sales team management experience in a B2B capacity with the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of Parts/ Telesales Executives.
You will have the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
Motivating and developing the Parts Sales Team
Strong Interpersonal SkillsResponsibilities:
managing and motivating the office-based Parts/ Telesales Executive team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
You will also support the Centre Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns
