Job Title: Part Time Accounts Administrator
Location: Wincanton, Somerset
Contract Details: Permanent / Part-Time (20-24 hours per week, 3 full days, or spread over 4 / 5 days, you choose!)
Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour

Our client is dedicated to delivering top-notch construction services and is looking for a proactive Maintenance Accounts Administrator to support their thriving team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of accounts and maintenance processes, making it an exciting opportunity for those with a keen eye for detail and a passion for administration. You will join the maintenance and accounts department working alongside a small and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
Manage purchase orders and related correspondence.
Reconcile weekly timesheets with planners and maintenance records.
Process invoicing for extra works and services.
Finalise invoices and maintain thorough documentation.
Update and register maintenance contracts accurately.Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience:
Strong administrative skills with a sharp attention to detail.
Proactive mindset, capable of problem-solving independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective file management.
Ability to handle data and financial information reliably.
A methodical approach to routine tasks.
Knowledge of Sage software is a plus!Technologies:
