Job Description
A successful international company based in St Albans are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them on a temporary basis, for approximately 8-9 weeks.
You must be available to start within a week and commit to the duration of the booking.
This is an office-based role.
What’s in it for you:

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am/9:30am - 1:30pm/2pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily cash postings
* New BP account setups and amendments
* Credit notes
* Card machine payment processing
* Reminder letters and invoices weekly
* Monthly statements and invoices
Person Specific:
* Experience in a similar role
* Good understanding of accountancy and book-keeping
* High attention to detail
* Excellent Excel skills and computer literacy
* Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with customers and external contacts
* Good organisational skills and ability to work to processes
