Admin Assistant (Maternity Cover - Part-Time)
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Contract: Fixed-term until February / March 2026
Hours: 3 days per week, 9:00am - 5:30pm (Needed on a Monday, but other days can be flexible to suit you)
Salary: £12.60 - £14 per hour
Benefits: 22 days holiday (pro rata), plus Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme, a genuinely pleasant and relaxed team culture, bright, modern office

We're recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join a warm and welcoming team on a maternity cover contract. What you'll be doing:
Providing a high standard of hospitality to visitors and handling incoming calls
Formatting letters, managing post, and maintaining office filing systems
Assisting with admin inboxes and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Supporting QA processes linked to ISO standards
Helping with bids and framework documentation
Entering data into the company's project system
Assisting with finance tasks including invoicing and spreadsheet workWhat we're looking for:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail
