Part time Admin Manager
Pay: £25,000.00 - £28,000.00 full time equivalent scaled to hours work.
Job description:
Work Monday to Thursday between 10am and 2.30pm/3pm Office based
Small accountancy firm based in the centre of Blackheath Village.
Due to growth, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive practice Admin assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping with all practice admin matters and working closely with practice staff as well as the Director.
The role responsibilities will include:
* Talking with clients by phone, email and in-person.
* Help with onboarding new clients.
* Managing all post received.
* Help to manage client deadlines.
* HMRC and Companies House admin matters.
* Invoicing and payment reminders.
* Compliance matters (i.e. anti-money laundering).
* Personal Assistant duties for the Director (i.e. email monitoring).
* Will require some lone working
The ideal candidate may have the following experience and skills:
* Professional but friendly - confident talking to a range of people including clients, practice staff, HMRC, other suppliers.
* Previous experience working in accountancy practice, legal practice, or other similar office environment.
* Happy to get involved with a broad range of admin tasks to suit the needs of the practice.
* Opening to training for tasks they may not hold experience in
